Should government censors the material on the Internet?

In my opinion, government should not censor the material. Inappropriate materials are put to the Internet each day. The governments should set up censorship on some websites. However,  they cannot censor all world wide web. Firstly, limit the access of world wide web is unconstitutional. Every citizens have a right to access the Internet in order to get information for their needs. The world wide web is also a mean for people to communicates and shares information mutually. Therefore, the government should offer citizens to use all of benefits of the Internet. Secondly, Censorship all websites in the Internet is impossible task. There is an increasing numbers of websites created by one person or groups. In addition,  it is difficult for the government to  determine where these websites come from. For instance, many people use blogs to post their information and share every thing they want in the same original site. Therefore, it is so hard to recognize  who is blogger of each blog if he or she do not inform the detail information.
