The tourists will come to Perth city, Australia on June, 1^st and live there in three days. Therefore, it is important to compare and contrast hostels in order to make a right choice of hostel for living. This essay will compare and contrast three hostels: Ocean Beach Backpackers, Britannia on William and The Old Swan Barracks hostel in respect of convenience of location, facilities and price.

          The convenience of hostels’ location differences considerably. Of the three hostels, Britannia on William hostel is the most convenient since it is located near the center if Perth, with take one minute from the city. The Old Swan Barracks hostel is located opposite WA museum, which two minutes away from the train and bus station while Ocean Beach Backpackers hostel is located near Cottesloe Beach which is a good place for sun bathe and an fantastic views in Indian Ocean.

          There are both similarities and differences between the hostels regarding facilities. Both three hostels have variety of entertainment facilities such as TV lounges, movie room and internet. In addition, each of them also has the self-catering facilities where service cafe, breakfast and restaurant. The Old Swan Barracks hostel has free for breakfast while Britannia on William hostel has free for line and 24 hot showers. In contrast, Ocean Beach Backpackers hostel service surfboard and body board free.

          Each hostel differs with respect price. Ocean Beach Backpackers hostel is the most expensive with 29.86 EUR for one person per three night and 23,89 EUR for share. Britannia on William hostel is moderate with 26,96 EUR for private and 22,4 EUR for share while The Old Swan Barracks hostel is the cheapest  with only 20,90 EUR for private and 17,17 EUR for share.

          In conclusion,  all hostel have their particular benefits. Ocean Beach Backpackers hostel have good convenient of beach facilities but its price is the most expensive and it is not located near the center of Perth city. The Old Swan Barracks hostel is the cheapest price but it locates far from the city. Britannia on William hostel is located near the center of Perth city and it has a moderate price. Therefore, it perhaps the best choice for visitor to live when visiting or working in the Perth city.
